Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the insoles in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box or mailer, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
